Steven Spenner

Steve Spenner, of Kooksia, Idaho, passed away on August 26, 2023 at his own home with his beloved wife, Candis Spenner, by his side. He was buried with love on his property that he called home.



Steve was born on September 20, 1950 in La Porte, Indiana. He graduated from North Judson High School, North Judson, Indiana and was educated as an industrial electrician. Steve had a deep love for animals, especially horses, and found fulfillment in volunteering as a fireman. Steve was a passionate gardener, living the life he truly wanted.



Steve is survived by his wife Candis Spenner; son Brent Spenner; brother Bob Spenner and his wife Linda; a niece and a nephew; and his fellow firefighters. Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Dorann Yanda; his father, Harold Spenner.
