Carolyn Ruth Krieger 79 died Saturday, January 20, 2018 after battling cancer for several years. She had been staying with her eldest daughter in Indiana.
Born Carolyn Ruth Hamm in WaKeeney Kansas November 24, 1938, eldest child of George and Violet Hamm.
She is survived by siblings Delores, August "Sam", George Allen, Nancy, James, John, Regina, and Cathy. Her children Linda, Margaret, Lisa, and Carolyn Donique. Grandchildren Candice, Gilbert, Breanna, Nathan, Charlette, and Autumn Rose. Great-grandchildren Dixie and Gilbert W. III, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her brother Henry, her parents George and Violet, and her husband of nearly 52 years Donald Krieger.
Carolyn and Don lived in several places including Scotland for a time but "Home" was their beloved ranch outside Baker MT.
In later years home became Kooskia ID where she will be buried next to her husband.
Carolyn enjoyed many things including her love of knitting, crocheting, gardening, and canning.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Trenary Funeral Chapel in Kooskia, Idaho.
