Anthony (Tony) Hescock was welcomed into this world on August 9, 1965, in Enterprise, OR, as the firstborn child of Dennis and Kathy Hescock. In 1970, when Tony was 5 years old, the family moved to Kamiah, ID, where he lived the rest of his life. Spending the majority of his younger years in the bowling alley with his mother, Kathy. As the oldest of five children, Tony took his role as a protector and role model to his siblings very seriously and with great pride.

 Tony attended the Kamiah school district and graduated from Job Corps in 1985. After his first son, James, was born, he married the love of his life and soulmate, Vicki, on September 3, 1986. Together, they had three children: Katie, Josh, and Liz, and they were married for 38 years.

 Tony spent most of his young adult life logging until he met his best friend, Darren Jagow, and they began building beautiful custom homes together. He did this for many years until his accident in 2012. After spending a couple of years recovering, he was able to work again; he tried HVAC for a few years and ultimately went back to what he loved: logging. 

If you knew Tony, you knew he was a light that always shined bright, even in the darkest moments, with a contagious laugh that came from his toes. He loved to hunt, fish, go snowmobiling, and ride his motorcycle. Tony's family was his greatest pride, whether it was doing anything car or motorcycle-related with David, guns or hunting with John and Mark, or merely making his only sister, Cindy, mad just because he thought it was funny. 

Anyone who knew him knew that during hunting season, he was with his dad at hunting camp, something they did together every year for 60 years. Tony's biggest joys in life were his children and grandchildren, and doing anything with them. 

Tony is survived by his parents, sister, brothers, four children, and 11 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was welcomed home to heaven, where the love of his life, Vicki, his niece Timberlynn, and many other loved ones were waiting for him.
